The new Second Nature club in Lincoln, which opened in November in the former SCY club building on Mint Street, has been closed for further improvements.

As previously reported, the owners of the Strait and Narrow on The Strait took on their new venture, Second Nature, and invested thousands with the view to offer an alternative nightclub.

The venue has a capacity of 400 and promises premium drinks offers as well as an assortment of live music and DJs.

The club offered a premium drinks night Reloaded, on Thursdays. From the Facebook page, the operators published the following statement:

“Thank you to all our customers who have supported us over the last few weeks, we have taken on board all your comments and feedback and have decided that in order for us to offer you the best experience that we possibly can, that we have a little more work to do.

“We will launch in January having made a few tweaks and changes with some big nights ready to show you who we are and what we are all about.

“Big love to all of you who have checked us out, come see us in January, we’ll be ready for you.”
