People in the market for property in Lincoln can add ‘landmark Colosseum development’ to their list of options, with four-storey properties ranging from £450,000 to £940,000.
The Colosseum, which is hidden just off Newport, shares its uphill address with the historic Lincoln Castle and Cathedral and is close to Bishop Grosseteste University.

The properties are set down a long driveway and share a courtyard. Each house is also named after famous writers, with Shakespeare Place marking up the largest investment (seven bedrooms).
