Some 13 people have been charged with numerous offences as part of an investigation into modern slavery in Lincolnshire.
Of those charged, five people are from Lincoln. The remaining people are from Drinsey Nook, just over five miles out of Lincoln.
The investigation, dubbed Operation Pottery, has previously seen a number of raids in the area.
The 13 people charged are:
John Rooney, 29, of Sheffield Road, Drinsey Nook, charged with:
Conspire to hold another person in slavery / servitude
Conspire to require another person to perform forced / compulsory labour
Theft of bricks to the value of £14,734.50
Cheat the public revenue
Fraud by false representation in relation to the dishonest transfer of a property in Hyde
Fraud by false representation in relation to the dishonest transfer of a property in Wakefield
Theft of the freehold title to an address in Middlesex
Theft of the freehold title to an address in Middlesex
Theft of a cheque
Possession of criminal property x 3
Patrick Rooney, 29, of Sheffield Road, Drinsey Nook, charged with:

All 13 people have been released on police bail to appear before Lincoln District Magistrates Court on October 28.
