Lincolnshire Police are becoming increasingly concerned for vulnerable missing man Hedley Graeme Mutton.

Graeme was last seen leaving the Peter Hodgkinson Centre on Greetwell Road in Lincoln, heading towards Outer Circle Road at around 10am on Tuesday, November 24.

It is not known where Graeme may have gone from there.

Police believe he could still be in the Lincoln area, or have headed towards Market Deeping.

Graeme also has links to the West Midlands and it is possible he may he left the county.

Those driving or walking near Lincoln County Hospital at the time are asked to cast their minds back and call 101 if they remember seeing Graeme.

He is 5′ 11″ tall, of slim build, with short dark spikey hair and was wearing jeans, a dark zip-up jacket with a hood, and grey trainers.
