Flasher exposes himself to two young girls in Lincoln

Indecent exposure: A man approached two girls near Lincoln allotments before exposing himself to them. Police are appealing for witnesses.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for information and witnesses after a man exposed himself to two young girls aged 11 and 12 in Lincoln.

The incident happened in the Altham Terrace/Dixon Street area at around 4pm on Thursday, December 17.

The two young girls involved reported walking along Altham Terrace before turning right to walk along the side of the allotments towards Dixon Street when they were approached by a man who indecently exposed himself to them.

He is described as a white man, around 5ft 4in in height, aged in his late 20s to early 30s, and of large build.

He is believed to have short dark hair and bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a black tracksuit and was carrying a carrier bag which could have been a Lidl or Morrisons bag.

A number of other people are thought to have been in the area at the time and officers are asking to hear from anyone who may have seen a man matching this description or anyone who has any information that could assist the enquiry.
