There are plenty of egg-citing activities taking place in and around Lincoln over the Easter holidays. Hartsholme Easter Egg Hunt

When: March 25 to March 28, every hour from 12 noon until 2pm Where: Hartsholme Country Park, Skellingthorpe Road, Lincoln, LN6 OEY Price: £2.50
Explore Hartsholme Country Park and find the hidden treasured left behind by the Easter Bunny.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Refreshments are available at the park. More details here.
Disney’s Zootropolis Fun Day
When: March 26, 11am til 4pm Where: Waterside Shopping Centre, High Street, Lincoln Price: Free
Waterside is working in partnership with Walt Disney to bring a fun filled event in celebration of the premier of Zootropolis.
Families and Disney fanatics alike will be able step into the world of Zootropolis using an interactive green screen, while also enjoying film-themed giant jigsaws and arts & crafts. In addition, Waterside will be encouraging visitors to enter its competition to win a Zootropolis Cinema Experience, which includes 10 tickets to see Zootropolis at ODEON Lincoln, along with a Fun Pack including t-shirts, pins and pencils.
When: March 31 and April 1, every hour from 10am until 4pm Where: St Marks Shopping Centre Price: Free
Shoppers are being invited to celebrate the Easter Holidays with St Marks. Help the Easter bunny to find the eggs that Mrs Green-Fingers has hidden around her garden.
King John’s Lost Treasure
When: March 25 to April 10, 10a to 4pm Where: Lincoln Castle Price: £1 for non-ticket holders
Join the quest to find King John’s lost treasure in the grounds of the historic Lincoln Castle this Easter.
Follow the clues left behind from times of the Magna Carta and gain a yummy treat as a reward.
Access to the Medieval Wall Walk, Victorian Prison and the Magna Carta vault is also available during visits to the castle.

The house and gardens at Doddington Hall on the outskirts of Lincoln will be open Easter Sunday and Monday alongside a host of fun activities.
Eggsploration challenges are available for all the family to enjoy with clue and hidden carrots throughout the gardens leading to chocolate treats.
More than 35 local crafters and makers of handmade goods will be attending Doddingwon’s popular Easter Craft Fair.

Stallholders at Lincoln’s historic indoor market are taking part in an easter egg hunt on Saturday, March 26. Visitors to the market will be on the hunt for a glittery Easter egg somewhere on each stall and note the stall number.
Those who collect all numbers will get a free Easter egg.
Eastholme Easter Celebrations
When: March 27 10am to 12 noon Where: 74-75 South Park Lincoln Price: Free
People are invited to join Eastholme Nursing Home for a special Easter raffle and cake sale.
Great Whisby Easter Egg Hunt
When: March 24 to April 10 Where: Whisby Nature Park Price: £2.50
Solve the mystery and unscramble the mess left behind by the Whisby Easter Bunny. There are two levels of Easter trail in one booklet, which costs £2.50 and is available from the Natural World Centre. (One prize per booklet)
