The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Staff Awards for 2017 are now open for nominations, following the success of the awards in 2016.

People now have the opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication of hospital staff in the county.

Nominations for the awards, which close in January 2017, can be made in 11 categories, which include the Great Patient Experience Award, the Extra Mile Award and Outstanding Leader Award.

Jan Sobieraj, Trust Chief Executive said: “The 2016 awards were a huge success. Over 400 nominations we made for our excellent individuals and teams – 200 of whom attended a ceremony in April to be recognised for their hard work and outstanding levels of care.

“This year, there are some new categories, and the more popular areas such as unsung hero and team of the year have been split into two, to provide double the opportunity for people to be recognised.

“The staff awards are a brilliant way to recognise our staff and the amazing work that they do.”

You can nominate someone for the award by filling in a form available on the trust website.
