A 68-year-old woman from Saltfleet, Louth has been reported missing, with police issuing an appeal to trace her.

Renata Slack, who calls herself Rita, left Saltfleet on the morning of July 19 at approximately 9.30am and was last seen near the Co-op in Northgate, Louth.

Officers say Renata is about 5 ft 7, of a slim build and has grey hair in an old-fashioned hairstyle.

She was wearing black jeans, a pink/red top and blue and white ballet shoes.

Police added she has a “distinctively slow walk”. Anyone that has seen Renata should call 101 quoting incident 224 of July 19.
