Teenager hit by car in Holbeach

A 13-year-old girl was hit by a car on Fleet road, Holbeach on Friday, July 15.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision which happened at around 10.50pm.

A black Toyota Yaris driven by a 34-year-old man from Sutton Bridge collided with a 13-year-old female pedestrian.

The girl was taken to Boston Pilgrim Hospital and transferred to Queen’s Medical Centre at Nottingham for further treatment.

Anyone who saw either the black Toyota Yaris and the 13-year-old girl before the collision or saw the collision itself is asked to contact police on the witness hotline 01522 558855 or by 101 quoting incident 477 of July 15.
