Dejected motorists unhappy at the condition of Lincoln’s roads have been sharing some of the worst potholes they have come across in the city.
As previously reported, frustrated Lincoln motorists have criticised the “appalling” state of the city’s roads as a study by RAC revealed that the number of pothole-related breakdowns has doubled in the last 10 years.
Lincolnshire County Council’s portfolio holder for highways, Councillor Richard Davies, even admitted that the council does not have adequate resources to check every single pothole repair.
Following this, The Lincolnite has compiled a collection of some of the worst potholes in the city sent in by readers in response to our story.
Here are some of your pictures of potholes in the city.
