Two bailed and stabbing victim in stable condition after Lincoln assault

A man who was hospitalised with a stab wound after an assault in the Portland Street area of Lincoln is in a stable condition, police have confirmed.
As reported previously, Lincolnshire Police were called to reports of a fight on Archer Street at around 2.05pm on Wednesday, January 11.
One man was taken to hospital with a serious stabbing injury to his arm and crime scene investigators were deployed to the scene.
The victim is now said to be in a stable condition.
Police initially confirmed one 22-year-old man had been arrested following the assault.
As of 1pm on Thursday, January 12, officials said two people had been arrested in connection to the fight and have been bailed pending further enquiries.
Anyone who may have information that will help with enquiries is asked to contact the non emergency number 101 quoting incident 220 of January 11.
