Icy patches could form on untreated surfaces in parts of Lincolnshire this evening, causing potentially slippery conditions for motorists and pedestrians.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning valid from 7pm on Wednesday, February 8 until 10am on Thursday, February 9.

Falling temperatures overnight could lead to a risk of ice on some roads.

The warning covers the eastern half of the county, covering Grimsby, Market Rasen, Louth, Mablethorpe, Horncastle and Skegness.
