Lincolnshire Police have lost electricity supply in the force control room, which is affecting the 101 service.

Emergency calls can still be made on the 999 number and the force can be contacted for non-emergency cases online or by visiting police stations directly.

A spokesperson for the force said: “Our electricity supplier is on site working to restore power which we hope will be back on soon.

“Our emergency 999 service is not affected, please only use this number is a genuine emergency.”
