LIVES first responders has formed a partnership with Lincoln College to make first aid courses available to local businesses and members of the public.

The charity supports over 700 volunteers who respond to more than 21,000 999 medical emergencies across Lincolnshire in the community.

It equips and trains all of its volunteers to deal with all medical emergencies from cardiac arrests to falls.

During the partnership there will be a mixture of educational experience with the LIVES trainers that aims to be interesting and informative.

CEO of LIVES, Nikki Silver said:  “We’re thrilled to be working with Lincoln College in this way to bring our training out to more people across the county.

“By undertaking first aid training with LIVES, not only are you learning a valuable skill, you’ll also be directly supporting the work of the charity, helping our responders to reach more people in their time of need.”

Like all of LIVES first aid training, the courses provided are Quelsafe accredited and are led by fully qualified trainers.
