Lincolnshire Police are appealing for help tracing a vulnerable and confused elderly woman who was found in Louth County Hospital car park in the early hours of the morning.

The woman, called Lilly, is safe and well but confused, police said. She was found in the car park in the early hours of Thursday. August 3.

Officers are trying to locate friends, family and anyone who may know where Lilly should be.

She is described as around 5′ 7, with grey hair wearing black trousers a grey striped shirt and a blue jumper.

Police believe she may be in her early 80s.

Anyone who may be able to help with enquiries to establish where Lilly should be is being asked to contact 101 quoting incident 27 of August 3.
