Man caught urinating in broad daylight outside NatWest in Spalding

He has been heavily criticised on social media.

Residents have branded a man photographed urinating against the wall of bank in broad daylight in Spalding disgusting.

Posted on the Facebook group Spotted: Spalding on Saturday, September 16 with the caption: “So the street drinking has now been stopped?”, the photos were taken near the NatWest on the Market Place in the town.

A new anti-social behaviour scheme was launched by South Holland District Council in December 2016 in a bid to tackle street drinking, spitting, urinating and dropping litter in the town.

Facebook user Tom Paul pointed out that “there is a toilet in the South Holland centre to use, what an idiot!”

Robert Unsworth took a much more light-hearted approach by commenting: “Obviously NatWest turned his loan proposal down, so he was just venting his frustration.”

Sue and John Pemberton believed the man’s act was “disgusting and not even discreet.”
