Plumbing issues have frozen trade at the Lincoln High Street Costa store, which has now been closed for nine days.
The shop has been closed since Monday, October 9 and newspaper is now restricting the view into the store window.
On the day of closure, a sign was posted on the window reading: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, regarding our plumbing, this store will be closed until further notice.”
A member of staff from the store said they hoped to re-open today (October 17), however the shop is still closed.
The Lincolnite has contacted Costa Coffee for details of when the shop is expected to reopen.
For now, Costa stores at Odeon and St Marks remain open as usual.
