Plans submitted for 20 homes, crèche and business hub in Lincoln village

Councillors will discuss plans at a later date.

Proposals have been submitted for a new development of 20 homes, a crèche and business hub in Fiskerton near Cherry Willingham.

Proposals, submitted by Fiskerton Developments Ltd, would see the new development built on land off Ferry Road.

If approved, plans would include 20 open market dwellings, consisting of a mix of semi-detached and detached three and four-bed properties.

The development also includes office space within a single detached two-storey building and a business hub.

The business hub would be primarily for start-up companies and would have a shared reception and meeting space with the possibility of lifts and IT support.

These office spaces would create the equivalent of 35 full-time jobs.

A crèche would also be build on site, which would be open from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturdays.

This would create the equivalent of six full-time jobs.

A planning committee at West Lindsey District Council will discuss proposals at a later date.
