The Abbey ward Lincoln policing team conducted searches at properties in Corner House and Eastbourne Street in the Stamp End area.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said a quantity of drugs was found.
The man and woman have been released under investigation.
Policing teams also recovered several bicycles during the searches that they believe have been stolen.
They are now asking local residents to come forward if they are missing a bike matching any of the following descriptions:
A grey Boardman Comp
A grey Voodoo Marasa
A grey Carrrera Subway
A dark green Carrera Parva
Anyone who believes one of the stolen bikes could be theirs and has proof of ownership is being asked to call 101 and ask to speak with Katherine Braithwaite from the Abbey Ward NPT.
