Man dies in hospital after being found with serious injuries in Boston

A man has died in hospital after being found with serious facial and head injuries in Boston.

The man was found in the early hours of Sunday, December 3 on Skirbeck Road, with Lincolnshire Police appealing for information on an incident which happened outside the Church Hall opposite Kingsway.

Sadly, police confirmed on Monday, December 12 that he had died from his injuries.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers are keen to speak to the drivers and occupants of two vehicles that were seen to stop for a short time at the location and possibly spoke with the man who was injured.

“The first car is possibly a small silver or light coloured hatchback and travelled from Kingsway onto Skirbeck Road, heading in the direction of South End.

“The second car is possibly a small blue hatchback car and travelled from the South End direction along Skirbeck Road and turned into Kingsway.

“DI Czajkowski wants to hear from anyone that was in this area at this time, or who has information about what happened.

“Please call us on 101 quoting incident 35 of December 3.”
