Lincolnshire house builder submits plans for 110 homes in Bourne

A proportion of these would be affordable homes.

Property firm Larkfleet Homes has proposed plans for up to 110 new homes on land in Bourne.

The new development on Manning Road, would include a mixture of properties ranging from one to four homes for families, first time buyers and the elderly.

A proportion of these would be affordable homes.

There would also be areas of public open space with a children’s play area.

A letter has been distributed to local residents providing information about the proposals, along with details about a public exhibition which will be held on Thursday, January 25 between 3pm and 7pm at the Bourne Corn Exchange, 3 Abbey Road, Bourne, PE10 9EF.

Members of the development project team will be on hand at the exhibition to answer questions about the proposals. Feedback forms will also be available.

Hannah Guy, planning manager at Larkfleet Homes, said: “The proposed new development in Bourne will help meet growing national and local housing needs.

“We are keen to consult fully with local people and businesses about our proposals before a planning application is submitted.

“We would like to encourage people to come along to the public exhibition on January 25 to ask questions of the project team and share their views by completing a feedback form.”

Further details about the proposals are available on the project website.
