Man walked out of Boston Magistrates’ Court before he was sentenced

Do not approach.

Lincolnshire Police are searching for a 24-year-old man who walked out of Boston Magistrates’ Court this afternoon before he was sentenced.

Jordan Jay Gilbert, of Willoughby Road in the town, had been remanded in custody following a disqualified from driving offence.

He walked out of the court’s foyer at around 2.30pm on Tuesday, January 16.

Gilbert was wearing a large dark coloured raincoat.

He is 5ft 6ins in height.

Call Lincolnshire Police on 999 and do not approach him.

Superintendent Phil Vickers said: “We anticipate that he will be looking for someone to help him and possibly provide a bed for the night.

“I’d like to make it clear that assisting an offender is in itself an offence and we’d be looking to investigate anyone providing assistance to him.”
