See who was charged with drink driving in Lincolnshire over the New Year

Named and shamed.

Nine people were charged with drink driving by Lincolnshire Police over the New Year period.

The drivers have been named as part of the force’s ‘Think Don’t Drink’ campaign, which aims to make people think twice before getting behind the wheel after drinking.

Below are those charged by police:

Caught on New Year’s Eve

  • Christopher Hodgson, 43, of Southgate, Sleaford, was arrested on North Road, Bourne. He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 24.
  • Kestutis Ignatenko, 22, of Standish Grove, Boston, was arrested on Main Ridge East in the town. He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 24.
  • Donatas Miksys, 24, of Argyle Street, Boston, was arrested on Sleaford Road in the town. He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 24.
  • Dovydas Freimontas, 25, of Tunnard Street, Boston, was arrested on Lister Way in the town. He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 24.
  • Samantha Kay, 36, of Saracen Close, Gainsborough, was arrested on Foxby Lane in the town. She will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on January 25.

Caught on New Year’s Day

  • Sebastian Billings, 18, of High Street, Spaldwick, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, was arrested on Saltergate. He will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on January 25.
  • Artjoms Haritonovs, 24, of Patriot Close, Spalding, was arrested on Priory Road in the town. He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 24.
  • Jaroslaw Buczkowski, 47, of Tannery Close, Boston, was arrested on Market Place in the town. He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 31.
  • Robert Burns, 29, of Kestrel Drive, Bourne, was arrested on Wood View in the town. He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 24.
