73 homes planned for farmland in Ruskington

Plans include 73 two-storey homes.

Outline plans for 73 homes on farmland in Ruskington near Sleaford have been submitted to North Kesteven District Council.

If approved, plans would see the two-storey homes built on land north of Whitehouse Road.

Proposals include 73 dwellings on 3.24 Ha of land, with open spaces and parking spaces available.

There would be a mixture of houses and flats as part of the plans with 59 market homes, seven social rented homes and seven intermediate homes.

At the time of writing it is unknown how many rooms each dwelling would have.

Members of the planning committee at North Kesteven District Council will discuss proposals at a later date.
