Clean-cut look for Navenby barbershop after £25k refurb

New look for popular village barbershop.

Luke’s Barbershop in Navenby has reopened following a £25,000 revamp.

As first reported on Lincolnshire Business, the shop on High Street was officially reopened at 9am on March 9 by local resident George Parish.

Owner Luke Daniels and manager Josh Plows have transformed the barbershop from its original 1940s decor to a modern new look.

The barbershop, now in its fifth year of trading, offers wet shaves and barbering on a walk-in basis and the refurb has helped create two new jobs.

Josh Plows now has part ownership of the business and is teaming up with Luke to create their own line of grooming products.

Luke said: “After five years it felt the time was right to give the shop an overhaul and provide more space allowing the boys to offer an even quicker service.

“The barbers is in good hands with Josh and his team who have been pivotal in making the business a success.

“I look forward to relinquishing even more control into his capable hands.”
