Safety concerns for man thought to be sleeping rough by Lincoln Cathedral

Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the safety of a man who failed to attend a medical appointment, before telling contacts he was sleeping rough near to Lincoln Cathedral.

David Mcareavey, of not fixed address, failed to attend a medical appointment on March 19 and was last seen in the area of 31st Avenue in Hull.

Humberside Police said he made contact on March 23 by phone and said he was sleeping rough near Lincoln Cathedral, but neither Lincolnshire Police or Humberside Police have been able to trace him.

An appeal has been circulated to trace him.
