Louth gin makers to feature at the Lincolnshire Show this summer

We’ll drink to that.

A Louth based gin company has won the chance to exhibit at this year’s Lincolnshire Show.

Founders Alan Bottomley and Amy Conyard produce boutique London dry gin, which is hand made and distilled from their outhouse in Louth.

The couple began selling to the public in March 2017 and their gin is believed to be the first commercially produced in Lincolnshire.

Amy Conyard said: “It is an honour to win the competition and we are incredibly excited to be exhibiting at the Lincolnshire Show. It is always amazing to win something, but an award associated with the Showground is extra special.

“Visitors will not only be able to sample and purchase Pin Gin from our stand but we will also have a bar in the food court with a small seating area so people can sit back and enjoy a gin and tonic!

“We have also just launched our new strawberry infused gin just in time for summer so we are expecting that to go down well with gin fans.”

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the RAF, a series of RAF themed activities are set to take place, including a Dakota flypast, Spitfire flypast, mini-tank driving for children and an aviation themed treasure hunt.

This year’s Lincolnshire Show takes place on June 20 and 21.
