North Kesteven councillor resigns due to ill health

A by-election will be held.

A councillor has resigned from North Kesteven District Council due to ill health.

Councillor Julia Harrison was elected in May 2015 to represent the Kirkby La Thorpe and South Kyme ward.

The Conservative was chairman of the Performance and Resources Scrutiny Panel.

Her resignation is effective from Monday, April 9.

By-election details will be announced in due course.
