Man treated for injuries after alleged Skegness assault

A man and a woman from Nottingham have been released with no further action after an alleged robbery and assault left a man injured in Skegness.

A 21-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment after the incident in Prince Alfred Avenue in Skegness during the morning of Saturday, April 21.

His injuries are not believed to be serious, police said.

A 28-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man were arrested and taken to police custody for interview after the incident, but have since been released.
