Man seriously injured after Market Deeping lorry and car crash

Firefighters rescued at least one person from their vehicle.

A casualty was cut free from a car following a crash in Market Deeping overnight involving a car and a lorry.

Police said the man in his 20s was seriously injured and taken to hospital.

Deeping, Bourne and Spalding fire crews rushed to the collision on the A1175, Spalding Road, in Market Deeping at around 11.20 pm on Monday, April 30.

Crews used cutting equipment to rescue the injured man and assisted ambulance staff.
