Free ‘jobs fair with a difference’ in Lincoln today

A brand new career conference will take off in Lincoln today including sessions for entrepreneurs, self employed and those looking to juggle life and work more effectively.

The Ingenuity event is free to attend and kicks off at the Alive church on Newland from 12.30pm.

Organiser Sharron Frammlingham from 70x7Ltd said the event was designed for those feeling like they are “stuck in a rut” and will drive aspiration and productivity in the city.

“We will be bringing job seekers and employers together for a careers fair with a difference to raise aspirations in Lincoln.

“It will be an inclusive event with sessions to boost business for those starting a business or self employed.

“There will be vocational talks on how to juggle work and parenthood more effectively, inspiration for leaders creating the future of Lincoln, a vision session for those changing direction or just starting their career and also a session for anyone facing challenges or finding a job.”

Attendees no longer need to register online. Doors open at 12 noon and the speakers start at 12.30pm.
