Several county criminals were locked up in June

A murderer, drug dealers, a cannabis farmer, paedophiles and prolific burglars were among those thrown in jail across the county in June.

Here’s a summary of notable court reports this month:

Steven Feeley

Steven Feeley, 40, of Skegness will serve a minimum of 17 years in jail after being given a life sentence for the murder of Ingoldmells man Gareth Bailey.

John Perry, 44, who carried out a month-long crime wave in Skegness and Boston was jailed for six years.

Wesley and John Smith

Cousins Wesley and John Smith have been jailed for 10 years each. Photo: Lincolnshire Police

Cousins Wesley and John Smith were each jailed for 10 years after being part of a three man gang of burglars who targeted supermarket across four counties including Lincolnshire.

The other gang member Roy Langdale was jailed for six years and five months.

Lee Rance

Lee Rance was jailed for 12 months and banned from driving for two years. Photo: Lincolnshire Police

Lee Rance, 36, of Fen Lane in Rippingale was jailed for 12 months and banned from driving for two years after running over his brother-in-law while leaving the scene of a family incident.

Stephen Bostock and Kirsty Clayton

Stephen Bostock (L) was jailed for eight and a half years at Lincoln Crown Court. Kirsty Clayton (R) was jailed for three years and two months

Stephen Bostock, 64, formerly of Chestnut Grove, Grantham and recently living in Bunkers Hill in Milford Haven, was jailed for eight and a half years when he turned to drug dealing after losing his job.

Kirsty Clayton, 31, of Harlaxton Road, Grantham admitted two charges of supplying class A drugs.

She also admitted five further charges involving the possession and supply of drugs and she was jailed for three years and two months.

Mark Lovell

Mark Lovell, 54, of Anderby Road, Chapel St Leonards was jailed for three years after admitting a charge of producing cannabis as a result of a police raid, which took place in October 2017.

Damian Zieba and Arkadiusz Arlak

The court heard how the pair trashed the house, leaving the owner devastated when she returned home.

Damian Zieba, 34, of no fixed address and Arkadiusz Arlak, 33, of Fydell Street, Boston were jailed after leaving behind a trail of destruction when they carried out a series of raids on a house.

Zieba was jailed for three years and four months after admitting burglary, while Arlak was jailed for three years.

Gordon Frow

Gordon Frow, 37, whose address was given as c/o College Close in Lincoln, was jailed for two years after showing an indecent photograph of himself to a nine-year-old girl.

Anthony Hayward

Anthony Hayward, 33, of Princess Street, Lincoln, was jailed for six years after pretending to be a female university student during online conversations and encouraging a 12-year-old boy to strip.

He also admitted to taking 27 photographs of another young boy.

Jordan Young

Banned motorist Jordan Young, 20, of Primrose Way, Grantham was caught driving a stolen car and was given 12 months in a young offenders’ institution.

He also had six penalty points placed on his licence.

Passenger Ethan Hopkins was given a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
