Over £2k raised for “happy loving” Lincoln boy

Over £2,000 has already been raised

A fundraising page has been set up to help the family of a six-year-old boy who died after a fall from a window in Lincoln this week.

As previously reported, William Coy died after falling from a window at a property in Lindum Avenue at 9.40pm on Tuesday, July 17, police said.

The fundraising page set up by Amy Cash de Flores has already raised £2,275 at the time of writing.

She describes William as a “wonderful, loving, happy, kind, cheeky monkey kind of a boy who has touched everyones heart who ever met him, he will be sadly missed by all and forgotten by nobody”.

Lincolnshire Police, who are treating this as an accident, previously released a statement saying: “The six-year-old boy has tragically died following an incident on July 17 in which he fell from a window.”
