Water outage hits Louth homes

Many homes and businesses have little or no water.

Homes and businesses in Louth have lost their water supply due to a burst main.

Many properties in the Louth area have little or no water this afternoon, Anglian Water warned.

A burst water main has led to an outage for much of the morning on Monday, July 16.

Many homes and businesses have very low water pressure or no water at all.

Anglian Water said it is working to fix the burst main and get supplies back to normal by around 2pm.

A spokesperson said: “We’re really sorry we’ve caused inconvenience and thanks for your patience.”
