Popular Lincoln High Street bar and restaurant Craft is back with a new food and drinks menu and eclectic decor.
Two years after closing, to the dismay of regulars, the bar will reopen its doors on Friday, August 24 at midday.
There will also be an invite-only VIP opening on Thursday evening.
Customers will be able to enjoy old favourites, like a Rumble in the Jungle cocktail, within a jungle-like, botanical setting. Or, they can choose one of the new and adventurous tipples, like a Rube Boy rhubarb drink – while taking a selfie with neon angel wings.
On the food menu are highlights like signature chicken wings and skewers, teamed with personalised salads, superfoods and sauces.
The bar, which was occupied by French Brasserie Cote in between, has been given a revamp with nods to its past look, as well as new sections like the indoor ‘garden room’, complete with a flower wall.
A Craft spokesperson told The Lincolnite: “We’re looking forward to welcoming new and returning customers from Friday at 12pm.
“We will be serving food until 9pm and will be open Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
“The relaunch has created 25 new jobs and our chefs have created a special menu they can’t wait to showcase.
“We had a huge demand from customers for the return of some of our signature cocktails so we’re hoping to impress with the menu.”
