£2k reward for North Hykeham burglaries info

The burglaries happened in August and September

Independent charity Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for a series of burglaries in North Hykeham.

Lincolnshire Police confirmed that the case is still active and investigations are ongoing into a series of burglaries in North Hykeham, which occurred between August 8 and September 13.

They were all committed on the day between 5am and 5.20pm with most occurring between 9am-4pm.

There are 10 identified burglaries that fit the time frame, with money and jewellery stolen.

CCTV images have been released of an individual police would like to speak to, who has a distinctive split in his right earlobe.

East Midlands Regional Manager for Crimestoppers Lydia Patsalides said: “People have the right to feel safe at home and not have to worry about intruders breaking in and stealing prized possessions.

“This is why I am calling on local people to speak up for your community and tell us who is responsible for this series of burglaries.

“We don’t ask any of your personal details and no-one will know you spoke to us. Just tell us what you know and we’ll do the rest.”

The reward will only qualify if information is passed to Crimestoppers and anything passed directly to police will not qualify.

Anyone with information should contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via the non-traceable online form here.
