Sheep stolen in baa-rmy theft

Did ewe see anything?

Three sheep have been stolen from a Lincolnshire farm.

George, Toby and a third unnamed sheep were stolen from a field on Westfield Road, Leasingham overnight between October 11 and 12.

Owners of the sheep were left devastated by the loss of their sheep, which were secured by an electric fence.

A third unnamed sheep was also stolen.

All of the sheep were tagged and it would prove difficult to move them without their paperwork.

The flock number for George is UK22039 and for Toby, a Kerry Hill pedigree, it is UK 150054-0010.

It could be that their tags were removed as part of the incident.

Lincolnshire Police are urging anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference 297 of October 12.
