Cyclist and vehicle collide at Brayford Wharf

The extent of any injuries is not yet clear

Police and paramedics attended a crash involving a cyclist on Brayford Wharf East this morning.

Drivers were directed away from the scene by police officers after the collision shortly before 8am on Wednesday, November 14.

Paramedics were on the scene for around an hour and police officers were seen speaking with passers by.

The extent of injuries is not yet known, but one patient was treated at the scene.

The road was cleared by around 9.15am.

A spokesperson for EMAS said: “We received a call at 7:51am to an incident on the Brayford Wharf, Lincoln. The caller reported a road traffic collision involving one vehicle and a cyclist.

“We sent a LIVES paramedic responder and a double crewed ambulance. One patient was treated at the scene.”
