Lincoln Fashion Week returning for 2019

This story is over

Lincolnites are being invited to snap up the chance to be a part of a Spring spectacular as the Lincoln Fashion Week makes a return.

Organiser Lincoln BIG has already got the ball rolling for the calendar highlight – which will take place from May10 to 17.

They are keen to hear from aspiring models and sponsors who want to get involved.

They week-long event will have a Victorian twist, promising to be a packing programme, culminating in a glittering finale catwalk show on May 17.

Headline sponsors have already been named as St Mark’s Retail Park and The Waterside Shopping Centre – but there are lots more opportunities for individual businesses and organisations to get on board.

Lincoln BIG has also announced this year’s charity partner – which will directly benefit from a portion of the grand finale ticket sales – Macmillan Cancer Support.

Lincoln BIG said: “Adults (men and women) and children, from tots to teens, who have modelled for previous Fashion Weeks have had a great time and many have fulfilled a special ambition by hitting the catwalk. Now you can too!

“We are challenging people to put themselves forward to potentially star in this year’s exciting catwalk show, which will showcase the hottest fashions, hairstyles, make-up looks and accessories.
