Victim named as two charged for Boston murder

The victim knew his attackers

Police have named a man who was stabbed to death on Wormgate in Boston on Thursday.

Two men charged with his murder have also been named.

Investigating officers confirmed the victim was 41-year-old Przemyslaw Cierniak from Church Close in Boston.

He was found with stab wounds at around 12.25pm on January 10 and was pronounced dead at the scene.

They added that the incident was isolated and that the victim knew his attackers.

Mariusz Skiba (32) of no fixed address and Dariusz Kaczkowski (33) of Woodville Road, Boston have been charged with murder.

Both men will be appearing before Lincoln Magistrates on Monday, January 14.

Anyone with information is being asked to call 101 quoting 168 of January 10.

Detective Chief Inspector Karl Whiffen, from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, said previously: “We would like to appeal again for any witnesses who were in the Wormgate area of Boston around the time of the incident to contact us, as your information could be vital to our investigation.
