Over 30 people cleaned up a Lincoln river this weekend in one its largest volunteer turnouts.
They all spent three hours on Saturday, February 23 cleaning up rubbish from Sincil Drain.
Old chairs, push chairs, bicycles and several bags of rubbish were recovered by the team.

“Please show your gratitude to these hardy and valiant volunteers,” Nick Rawsthorne, photographer for the group told The Lincolnite.
“They give up precious time picking up litter which has been carelessly and illegally dumped by people who show disregard for our communities.”
