A pig truck crashed into a pole on a quiet Lincoln street on Tuesday morning.
Some would say that the driver made a pig’s ear of it before Lincolnshire Police were called to block off Ruskin Avenue.
Nobody was injured in the crash, but the truck is being recovered and the telephone pole is being assessed for damage.

It was reported to the police at 10.20am on Tuesday, May 28.
Ruby Crump posted pictures on the You’re Probably from Lincoln If Facebook page, where people said the pigs looked “distressed.”
The road has now reopened, according to police.
