Boy, 10, hit by car in Boston

Police said it is likely to cause significant delays

A 10-year-old boy has been taken to hospital for treatment after being hit by a car in Boston on Monday afternoon.

Lincolnshire Police were called to the collision on Broadfield Lane in Boston at 3.38pm on Monday, June 17.

The road is currently closed. Police said it is likely to cause significant delays.

A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: “The pedestrian, a 10-year-old boy, has been taken to hospital for treatment.

“Anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken to police is urged to call 101 with incident reference number 273.”
