As previously reported, MSR newsagents closed down its store at 159-160 High Street suddenly after serving the city for 10 years in Summer 2018.

Work is currently underway to fit out the store.

A spokesperson for Cooplands told The Lincolnite that an exact opening date hasn’t been set, but it is hoping to open in September 2019 depending on recruitment.

Posters advertising jobs – Supervisor, Sales Assistants and Sandwich Preparation – are currently on display on the boarded up area outside the store.
