Gallery: Lincoln Pride 2019

A celebration of love in the heart of Lincoln

Thousands of people visited The Arboretum on Monks Road for the annual Lincoln Pride festival.

There was an atmosphere of celebration and inclusivity as people of all ages enjoyed live poetry readings, art, stalls and musical performances based around the LGBTQ+ community on Saturday, September 28.

Live entertainment included a performance from headliner Tulisa, formerly of N-Dubz and famous for her appearance as a judge on X Factor.

Also performing was Platinum, Stooshe and a full programme of national and local artists.

The event was moved this year as it had outgrown its former Waterfront venue. There was no parade, but organisers say they hope the parade will return again with next year’s event.
