Motocross biker fighting for life after crashing into school fence

Police have appealed for information after the bike involved went missing

A 21-year-old man is fighting for his life after he crashed into a metal fence at a school in Grimsby.

Police are looking for the motocross bike he was riding, which was removed from the scene before emergency services arrived.

He was said to be riding a white motocross bike when he crashed on Weelsby Street shortly before 6.30pm on Sunday, September 22.

Emergency services attended and the man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Humberside Police has appealed for information after the bike involved in the crash went missing.
