Warrant issued as police hunt for wanted man

A man released from prison is now wanted again by police for failing to comply with a supervision requirement.

Lincolnshire Police have made attempts to locate Phillip Carter, 41, and are now asking for help to find him.

Carter has previously lived in the east of the county, but police said they don’t know where he is currently living or working.

The supervision requirement was imposed after his release from prison. A warrant has been issued by Lincoln District Magistrates’ Court.
