He will appear in court again in January

A 23-year-old man from Lincoln has been charged with multiple child sex offences after being caught in a sting last year.

Lincolnshire Police said David Tulley, of Portland Street in Lincoln, voluntarily attended the police station on June 13.

Tulley was charged with the following 23 counts when he appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on December 12:

  • 12 counts of attempting to cause or incite a sexual exploitation of a child aged between 13 and 17
  • Eight counts of an adult attempt to engage in sexual communication with a child
  • Three counts of attempt to cause/incite a girl under 13 to engage in a penetrative sexual activity

He was remanded on unconditional bail and the case was adjourned for a Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on January 9, 2020.

The Keeping Kids Safe vigilante group posted on its Facebook page claiming that Tulley was originally stung in December 17, 2018 by Fleetwood Enforcers UK.
