Search continues for missing Washingborough woman

A 43-year-old woman is still missing from Washingborough and police say they are very concerned for her welfare.

Julie Walsh was last seen at her home in Washingborough at 5.45pm on Thursday, January 16.

She is described as around five foot six inches in height and of medium build.

It’s believed she was wearing a khaki coloured jacket, cream arran jumper, black legging-style trousers and black canvas trainers. She is not thought to be have been wearing glasses.

Police are appealing for sightings of Julie in or around the area on January 16 and any information regarding her whereabouts.

The force are also keen to hear from anyone who may have dashcam or CCTV footage that was recording in and around Washingborough between 5.30pm and 6.15pm on Thursday.

People are also being urged to check any outbuildings or outside space that belong to them or that are in the local area.

Last week, police launched a separate search for a 52-year-old woman from Lincoln. Larissa Cowen was found safe and well. Officers thanked those who helped to share their appeal.
