A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue said: “Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue were called at 12.50pm today (Friday) to a three floor derelict property on North Parade off Thurlby Road in Gainsborough.

“Seven appliances were in attendance initially, plus a control support unit and the aerial ladder platform from Lincoln South. This has now been scaled down to five appliances with 3 main jets and 1 hose reel in use.”
